From the surface parity report (2026-08-18), defect 3.

ItemListService/Update (rename) is reachable only from the TUI. Web and Android both gate other controls on this verb, yet neither surfaces a rename field. Web is the reference surface, so this is a gap on the reference itself.

Where: web ListDetail.tsx, Android Home.kt.

Fix: add a rename affordance to the list detail sheet on both clients, gated on can("ItemListService","Update").
