From the surface parity report (2026-08-18), defect 4.

The web Settings page shows 14 per-kind notification toggles. Android shows 7. The other 7 kinds (event added / cancelled / moved / reminder, step added, job due / overdue) are only reachable through Android system channel settings. The Notifier does create all 14 channels, so the in-app card under-represents what the device can control.

Where: Settings.kt vs web NotificationsCard.

Fix: bring the Android notifications card to the full kind list (or record the smaller set as a deliberate tier decision).
