From the surface parity report (2026-08-18), visual divergences 1 and 2 — the two material member-facing gaps.

No custom theme workshop. A synced custom family silently degrades to Hearth (SettingsSyncRepository.kt:29-31, Themes.kt:625).
No text-size control. The synced text_scale preference is preserved but never rendered — only the OS font scale applies (SettingsSyncRepository.kt:16-20).

Both are synced preferences (ADR-0029), so the web can set state Android silently ignores. Either implement both, or record the gap as a deliberate tier decision in a commit message per system rule 1.
