PR #90 added EVENT_ADDED and EVENT_CANCELLED; Update stayed deliberately silent because a naive emission fires on every tweak (description edits, name fixes).

Design question first, emission second: notify event members only when the when changes (start/end date, daily times) — "X moved “Picnic” to 2026-08-22" — and stay silent for cosmetic edits. Needs a before/after diff in the update handler and a decision about repeating-series edits (a rule change moves every future occurrence).

Could reuse EVENT_ADDED's plumbing shape with a new EVENT_MOVED kind: proto enum, notify method, en+ga messages, webhook decorator, web push-preference checkbox + PUSH_KINDS entry, Android channel.
