From the surface parity report (2026-08-18), defect 12 (visual divergence 4).
With reduced motion, Android suppresses the celebrate state completely — no stamp, no tint. The web keeps the stamp and tint as instant states and only zeroes durations.
Celebrate.kt:32-35has a comment that describes the web behavior its own call sites do not implement.Where:
Jobs.kt:139,Today.kt:391,Rewards.kt:229vs webconfetti.ts:13-15.Fix: keep the end states under reduced motion; drop only the animation.
Delivered in PR #144 (merged): reduced motion keeps the celebration as a state — JobStamp reads reducedMotion(uid) itself, snaps to the settled end frame and holds for the animation's span; only the confetti bows out. Emulator-verified.
