Closes #116. PR 16 of the #137 stack, based on #153.

Android's notifications card showed 7 of the web's 14 per-kind toggles; the other seven (I'm added to an event, an event of mine is cancelled / moved / coming up, a step is added to my job, a job of mine is due today / overdue) were reachable only through Android system channel settings even though the Notifier already creates all 14 channels. The card now carries the web's full list word for word under the shared message ids — the toggle plumbing (synced per-kind preferences) is unchanged, so this is purely the missing rows.

Emulator-verified against the live deploy: all fourteen toggles render in the Settings notifications card. make check and Android unit tests green.
