Pins the navigation labels to a single line so they stop wrapping at large text scales.

At big system font scales, on narrow phones, or in the longer-worded locales, the six navigation labels (Calendar, Rewards, …) wrapped onto a second line and buckled the bar. The web tabbar already pins its labels to one line and lets the ellipsis take the pressure at large text scales (.tab-label: nowrap + text-overflow). This matches that on Android — maxLines = 1 with an ellipsis — on both the bottom bar and the wide-screen rail.

How to reproduce and verify: set the system font size to the largest, open the app on the narrowest device (Pixel 7a). Before, the labels wrapped; after, each stays on one line.

This is the label floor. Reducing the tab count on small screens is tracked separately in #65.

Verified: :app:compileDebugKotlin clean, make check passed. No user-facing strings changed.
