Fourth part of #61: Android events become editable, matching web #71.
EventService.Updatewas unreachable on Android — an event was create-only. Addsrepo.updateEventand an Edit action on the event sheet that reopens the create form prefilled from the occurrence row (toEventDraftreverses it back into the form fields) and saves throughupdateEvent. Gated on the permission matrix (can("EventService","Update")).Scoped to non-recurring events, mirroring the web: the Edit action is withheld from recurring series and projected occurrences, and the repeat control is hidden in edit mode.
Remaining in #61: recurring event edit (occurrence-vs-series) on both surfaces — the next PR.
Verified:
make checkpasses (:app/:datacompile, Go tests, web build, i18n — strings shared with #71, no new ones).Part of #61.
