Closes #133. PR 15 of the #137 stack, based on #152.

Five new tools close the assistant-relevant gaps, none of which had been recorded as deliberate:

audit_log — "what changed while I was away": pages the install-wide trail (when/actor/action/entity/via, opaque cursor). The matrix keeps it admin-only, so a member's key gets the honest denial.
update_item — title, description and deadline finally reachable, with the same explicit clear semantics update_event carries (clear_description, clear_deadline); deadlines speak the house 'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM' + IANA zone form. Completion stays on complete_item.
set_repeat — a job's chain rule in plain words (daily / weekly / monthly_day / monthly_weekday / yearly), or clear to end the chain.
uncheck_list — the shopping-list reset.
set_rota_timezone — completes the rota verb set.

The no-delete rule stands unchanged. Integration specs cover the full round-trips plus the member-key audit denial; live-verified over a real /mcp session on the deployed cluster (title + deadline edit, "every week on Wednesday" repeat, audit page, zone set). make check green; verify data cleaned up and mcp_enabled returned to off.

surface gains audit_log (what changed while I was away — admin keys
only, per the matrix), update_item with the same explicit clear
semantics update_event carries, set_deadline and set_repeat (a job's
