The pixels for §4h, kept out of the code's diff.

120 re-recorded: 60 web gallery, 46 Roborazzi — the other 14 render pixel-
identical under Robolectric — and 14 live whole-page goldens. No golden outside
the job card moved.

12 new cases rode with the code that added them: all-ticked-mine-to-finish,
all-ticked-someone-elses and waiting-on-someone-elses-job, in both modes on
both surfaces.

Pixels only — every case here already existed, so it gets the readable
diff-free commit AGENTS.md asks for rather than riding with the code.

What moved in them: the meta row now sits against the action row instead
of against the panel, because the card's surplus height became a spacer
between the two; the ⋯ is a 48px square on every card that used to let
it take the row, with the unfilled line beside it; a late card's points
are quiet ink again instead of amber; the canonical card gained the ALL
TICKED panel it previously left blank; and the waiting card's names line
counts the people it cannot name whole.

60 web gallery cases, 46 Roborazzi cases (the rest of the 60 render
pixel-identical under Robolectric) and 14 live whole-page shots — Today,
both Jobs boards and the phone chrome, which are the pages a job card
appears on.
