Owner

§4c's prose said the waiting panel replaced the indicator; panels 3b and
9b always drew both, with the avatar stack inside the panel beside its two
lines. The panels win, and §4c is amended.

It matters more since rung three widened: on someone else's job the bar is the
only read a non-owner has on how the job is going, and the prose would have
taken it from exactly the people who need it.

The name cap stays at two whole names then a count — the build was right and the
example in the rulings was loose shorthand. One fixed cap keeps the line and the
avatar stack naming the same people; a width-dependent rule cannot be measured
at render time and would let them disagree at random. The reference panels are
redrawn to match.

Also recorded as settled: keying the waiting groups on the reader, and the
Robolectric colour gap being carried by goldens that fail first.
